Remote Patrol's IP (Internet Protocol) based video surveillance system is designed to eliminate the need for on-site recording devices such as, VCR's, and DVR's. Video can be stored locally on your Remote Patrol server or remotely on our secure date server. Your system can also be maintained and monitored remotely. Option 1 - Local Storage
This is the standard option when ordering a Remote Patrol System. With this option you are responsible for maintaining, storing and
backing up your video files. Each Remote Patrol Server has a data storage capacity of 80GB (standard). When your local server has
reached its capacity you will need to either back up the video or overwrite to your local hard drive on your Remote Patrol Server.

Option 2 - Remote Storage*
Your video will be stored on our secure data server and backed up automatically*. You can simply use any internet connection
to view your stored video. Your Remote Patrol Server will be recording your data simultaneously with our main Data Server,
once your system is full it will automatically refresh. You can record digital video on your server at any frames per second
you choose. This option eliminates the need to spend time with the recording aspect of the system. No set up fees. Remote
Maintenance and Monitoring is included with this option (see Option 3 below). (Frames per seconds is limited to 5 on the remote end.) All video
activity will be backed up on our secure server. Pricing is based on number of cameras and individual storage needs.
Option 3 - Remote Maintenance & Monitoring
(Additional Option for Local Storage, this option is included with Remote Storage)
We will automatically upload all firmware and software upgrades to your Remote Patrol Server, security software and camera
firmware. Updates will be done by Remote Patrol without any interruption of service or inconvenience. We can also automatically
reboot your server and monitor your equipment remotely. System maintenance varies depending on individual needs, but generally this option
is used to detect problems and tampering, maintain system security, updates, changes in system setup, user administration and technical
support. Pricing is based on number of cameras.
